Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome, but please call the shop first at (603) 851-2847 to make sure an artist is available. Our artists may be booked, so you might have to wait or come another day.

What are your hours?

We're open every day from 12:00pm to 7:00pm.

How do I book an appointment?

Pick your artist on our booking page, browse their live calendar, and book directly — Tony, Cat, and Sam all book online right on the site. Melody books by Instagram DM or email. Meet the artists →

What is your tattoo minimum?

Our tattoo minimum is $125 per person, not per tattoo. It covers up to one hour of tattooing, so one person may get up to two tiny tattoos—even on different parts of the body—within that hour. The minimum cannot be divided or shared between people.

Can I pay online?

Yes. You pay your artist directly through their own secure checkout. Tony's fixed-price sessions are prepaid in full through his Square checkout — Afterpay available on sessions up to $2,000. Cat and Sam take deposits through their own booking calendars.

What payment do you accept?

In-shop balances may be paid in cash. Online payments are processed securely by each artist's own checkout — Tony's Square checkout accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay on eligible sessions. Learn about Afterpay →

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 48-hour cancellation period. Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment means the deposit is withheld and you'll need a new deposit to re-book.

Do you tattoo over scars?

Yes, we tattoo over some scars, but we require an in-person consult to assess the scar's texture and density. Light, flat scarring may not need an in-person consult.

Do you do cover-ups?

We typically only tattoo cover-ups that have had previous laser lightening, which gives us more room to create a piece you'll love.

Can I bring a friend?

Please bring no more than two people for company. It's a small studio and we want space for every artist and client to stay comfortable and focused.

Will I see my design before the appointment?

It's not unusual to see your design on the day of your appointment. Be very clear with your requests up front, and send no more than 3 reference photos plus a straight-on photo of the area to be tattooed.
